We specialize in events that offer a golf option for all, regardless of ability level. Whether you are a single-digit handicapper, a rusty intermediate or a plain old novice, Nehoiden has something to offer you. Choose the golf activity that works for you – or create an event where you offer more than one activity to maximize participation.

At Nehoiden we offer the following options:
The traditional approach in a manageable “afternoon” event. Most golf events take all day, and these days, many people can’t afford to be away from the office for a full day, no matter the enjoyment of golf or the benefits of business golf. We can tailor an event that allows you to work a half-day AND be home for dinner.
For those who have not yet mastered golf, or who have yet to pick up a club, no need to be left out! Be the first to invite your clients to play golf, even if they don’t yet play. Our Beginner Clinics combine an overview of Full Swing Fundamentals with the Basics of Putting and Chipping. We provide ALL equipment – you just need to show up.
For those who have mastered the game's findamentals but want to work on specific areas that let you down on the course, this is your chance to brush up on those trouble areas. Discover how to introduce helpful drills, mini games and challenges to add variety to your game. We can design a clinic to fit the needs and experience of your group.
The business benefits of golf are well-documented, as is the fact that women underleverage golf as a business tool. Who better than Wellesley College to expose women to this invaluable skill, in an environment that is both supportive AND fun. Our workshop combines on-range instruction on basic golf skills plus a “classroom” session on the “must knows” for business golf. Don’t be left behind by saying no when invited to a business outing! Anyone can use golf as a business tool, given a basic understanding of the game and some rudimentary skills.

Please note that Nehoiden Golf Club is a walking-only 9-hole golf course. Each 9-hole player must have clubs (full or partial set) to maintain pace of play; clubs are available for rental at an additional cost. Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the golf course.

9-Hole Scramble - create your own foursome or we will put you in a group. You must use every players drive once in 9 holes.
90-Minute Clinic - perfect for the player not ready to jump into a scramble

2020 Women's Club Championship
Free event open to all female members (tentative pending COVID-19 updates)
Join the fun – all women welcome in this “bracket style” competition. Never tried this before? Make this your year to jump in.
- It’s a single-elimination bracket –think NCAA Basketball
- All players seeded according to handicap (don’t have a handicap? No worries – we’ll estimate a handicap so you can play)
- Matches set up based on seeding. For example, if 16 people sign up, Player seeded #1 will play against #16. Winner moves on to the next round
- Match scheduling is flexible – you will be given a deadline by which you will need to complete each match (approximately a 2-week window) –the winner of each match moves forward into the next round of play
- All matches are 18-hole MATCH PLAY

New Member Orientation
New Members, Welcome to Nehoiden!
Usually, we host a “New Member Scramble,” early in the season to give new members the opportunity to meet the Nehoiden staff, interact with fellow members, get an overview of all things Nehoiden, and the chance to ask any questions you might have. Currently, we are unable to host a scramble event, due to restrictions from the Governor, but we’d like to host a “ZOOM New Member Orientation.”

- Receive an overview of our programs and instructional offerings
- Learn about the Women’s and Men’s Groups
- Ask any questions you might have

2020 Men's Club Championship

Saturday, August 22nd and Sunday, August 23rd
USGA Rules of Golf and Local Club Rules apply.
Open Division: Two rounds of 18 hole medal play on August 22/23. A Saturday evening cut will be established after the 1st round to half the field and/or to within 10 strokes of lead at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Pairings shall be decided upon after the sign-up deadline and posted with starting times. Sunday pairings and tee times will be posted after the end of round 1. In case of a 1st place tie in the Open Division after 2 rounds of medal play, the tie breaker shall be a 4 hole medal play playoff to be played on Sunday, August 23rd. In case of another tie at the end of the 4 hole playoff, a Sudden Death Playoff shall ensue immediately after to determine the champion.
Senior Division (Age 50-64): Two rounds of 18 hole medal play on August 22/23. Super Senior Division (Age 65+): One round of 18 hole medal play on ONE DAY Sunday, August 23rd. In case of a 1st place tie for the Super Senior Division after 1 round of medal play, a Sudden Death Playoff shall ensue immediately after to determine the champion.
Pairings + starting times will be posted at the first tee and emailed to participants by Thursday, May 30th.
Sign up deadline is NOON WEDNESDAY, August 19th.
